    The painting of parts and prototypes is a very important part of the production process. The know-how in the application of painting in prototype parts and short series demands a commitment for a good result.

    At Ineo we have state-of-the-art facilities and qualified personnel to carry out high-performance painting work.

    We provide our painting service to companies in the automotive, white goods, lighting, cosmetics and medical laboratories sectors, which require high level finishes, adding value to their products.

    Objective of a good painting

    The main objective of the painting of pieces and short series is to protect them from the aggressions to which they can be subjected and give the piece a better aesthetic appearance, in order to meet the quality requirements desired by the customer.

    Painting process

    The process for applying paint consists of three operations:
    Surface Preparation:

    In this first step, we eliminate any possible contamination of the piece to be painted and apply an anchor that helps the adhesion of the final layers of paint.

    Application of the product:

    With the surface prepared and once the product and finishing required by the customer has been selected, we turn to the application of the paint. For an optimal application, we have state-of-the-art equipment and facilities: sandblast cabins, sanding areas, pressurized paint booth with temperature control and air filtration and generation equipment.

    Paint Drying:

    For a correct drying of the pieces and prototypes, we carry out this last phase of the process with the help of drying ovens and the temperature control of the painting booth.

    We can paint all kinds of parts and prototypes manufactured with the main technologies of additive manufacturing: Selective Laser Sintering Laser (SLS), Stereolithography (SLA), Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), Multi Jet Fusion (MFJ) or by other manufacturing systems; Vacuum casting (Vacuum Casting), CNC, Injection.     Available manufacturing technologies at Ineo

    Stereolithography (SLA)

    Additive manufacturing technology, through which pieces of epoxy resin are obtained with excellent reproduction of details and precision, which allow different surface finishes.

    Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM)

    Additive manufacturing technology, through which parts with a variety of high-performance thermoplastics and approved materials for the aeronautical industry can be manufactured.

    Laser Sintering (SLS)

    Additive manufacturing technology that allows to obtain functional parts with an excellent mechanical behaviour that can be used for multiple applications.

    Vacuum casting

    Manufacturing technology that allows the reproduction of parts in polyurethane resin using a silicone mould. This technique allows the rapid production of prototypes, short series (low volume manufacturing) and parts for high quality final use.
