# Low Volume & End Use parts Manufacturing

## At Ineo, we transform the manufacturing of short production runs and finished parts into a competitive advantage. We use additive manufacturing, vacuum casting, and CNC machining, among other technologies, to offer technically and economically superior solutions to traditional methods, without the need for large investments in molds.

### What is Low Volume Manufacturing and End Use parts manufacturing?

**It is a manufacturing process that allows the production of small batches of products and components ready for use, combining flexibility, customization and speed to meet specific or low-volume needs.**

The manufacture of short series (small batches) is highly recommended if the product should be on the market within a short period of time. Also, when it is a first version of a new idea or concept, or the evolution of a previous version.

The manufacturing of final pieces using additive manufacturing technologies allows to obtain pieces of polyamide (PA 12) without limitations regarding the geometry of the designs and without the need to invest in injection molds.

In both cases, the reduction of time and cost of manufacturing components is an advantage over other traditional manufacturing methods.
These generally present the problem of not being technically and economically viable for the manufacture of short series. Therefore, more and more, companies seek effective solutions through new technologies.

At **Ineo**, **we drive this industrial transformation** by offering customized solutions that allow our clients to launch short production runs and finished parts to market with maximum agility, optimizing every phase of the process without compromising profitability.

**Do you have questions about the ideal technology for your short production run? Do you need to optimize manufacturing costs for your finished parts?**

## Manufacturing short series and final pieces

- To reduce the time and cost of manufacturing components
- If the product should be in the market in a short period of time
- If it is a first version of the product
- If it is an evolution of a previous version of the product
- To optimize the personalization of the product
- When the units to be manufactured do not justify the manufacture of an injection mould

At Ineo we are specialists in finishes. We put at your disposal different types of surface finishes, such as high gloss painted, matt painted, varnished, sand blasting, metallic.

Because companies that compete can offer a multitude of similar products, the manufacture of a high volume of parts is becoming less profitable.

In addition, the personalization of the product and the approach to a specific sector of the population is one of the current trends.

## At Ineo we can produce a series of short pieces with the level of customization that best suits your needs.

### National and International Delivery Times for low volume manufacturing

##### Need your short production runs ASAP?

Ineo provides manufacturing services for professional applications, guaranteeing fast-turnaround deliveries with optimized lead times.

**We advise, design, manufacture, and distribute nationally and internationally from Terrassa (Barcelona, Spain)**.

📦 **No minimum order quantity – Guaranteed delivery times – Technical support**

##### Delivery Times in Spain:

The delivery time for short production runs depends on the manufacturing process, whether tooling manufacturing is required, and the product’s technical and aesthetic requirements.

Factors affecting lead time include:

- Chosen manufacturing technology (CNC, 3D printing, vacuum casting, rapid injection molding, extrusion, etc.)
- Design complexity and number of references
- Required material type
- Secondary processes (finishing, assembly, heat or surface treatments)
- Prior validations or initial samples
- Requested quantity

**In general, delivery times for short runs may range from 1 to 4 weeks**. For example, a short run produced via 3D printing or CNC machining can be completed within a few days, while processes such as vacuum casting or injection molding with prototype tooling may take longer, particularly if tooling must be manufactured.

If the project requires sample parts for validation, the final delivery time may be extended by a few days, depending on the necessary revisions.

**We can adjust timelines based on project urgency**. Contact us to review the project details—once we evaluate the design and technical requirements, we will provide a tailored and detailed estimate.

##### Deliveries to Canary Islands, Balearics, Ceuta & Melilla:

Shipments to these regions may require 1-5 additional business days due to logistics and (for Canary Islands) customs processing.

##### International Deliveries:

Orders outside Spain require extended lead times. Additional delivery time varies by destination country and local logistics/customs factors.

For precise international delivery estimates, contact our customer service team.
