# Industrial Rapid Prototyping

## Accelerate your product development with Ineo: we transform your CAD files into high-precision, functional prototypes in record time using 3D printing and other advanced manufacturing technologies.

### What is rapid prototyping?

**Rapid prototyping is an agile process of creating models or previews of a product to test ideas, identify problems, and optimize solutions before final production.**

**Rapid prototypes** work for both visual and functional tests, thanks to the possibility of obtaining them quickly through a wide variety of available technologies and materials.

Engineers and designers can perform verifications of their designs, such as fitting tests, form and functionality with a model adapted to the characteristics of the final product.

With the use of additive manufacturing technologies, all types of geometries can be created in a short period of time, compared with other traditional processes. Any 3D CAD file can be manufactured using Stereolithography (SLA), Laser Sintering (SLS), Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), Multi Jet Fusion (MFJ) and other technologies.

Reduce risks and validate your designs before mass production with our rapid prototyping service; the widest range of 3D and other advanced technologies at the service of your engineering needs.

**Do you have doubts about the feasibility of your design or the materials? Do you need to validate a functional prototype before manufacturing?**

### National and International Delivery Times for rapid prototyping

##### Need your protypes ASAP?

Ineo provides manufacturing services for professional applications, guaranteeing fast-turnaround deliveries with optimized lead times.

**We advise, design, manufacture, and distribute nationally and internationally from Terrassa (Barcelona, Spain)**.

📦 **No minimum order quantity – Guaranteed delivery times – Technical support**

##### Delivery Times in Spain:

Rapid prototyping enables the production of functional or visual models in very short timeframes, using technologies such as 3D printing, CNC machining, or vacuum casting, depending on project requirements.

The delivery time for rapid prototype manufacturing will depend on the type of prototype (functional, aesthetic, or validation), part geometry, material, and any post-processing such as painting or assembly.

Factors affecting lead time include:

- Selected technology (3D printing, CNC, vacuum casting, etc.)
- Design complexity
- Required material type
- Surface finishes or post-processing needs
- Quantity of units requested

**In general, rapid prototypes can be delivered within 2 to 7 business days. Simple prototypes produced by 3D printing can be ready in 2 to 3 days, depending on the technology and materials chosen**, while more complex parts or those requiring special finishes may take longer.

**For urgent cases, production can be accelerated to 2 to 3 business days, particularly for simple parts**. To give you a more accurate delivery time estimate, we'll need to review your 3D files and specific project requirements.

##### Deliveries to Canary Islands, Balearics, Ceuta & Melilla:

Shipments to these regions may require 1-5 additional business days due to logistics and (for Canary Islands) customs processing.

##### International Deliveries:

Orders outside Spain require extended lead times. Additional delivery time varies by destination country and local logistics/customs factors.

For precise international delivery estimates, contact our customer service team.
