Projects
We show some of the projects we have performed for our customers
Ineo, collaborating in the projects of our clients since 2000
Since our foundation we carry out projects for our customers that include the manufacture of prototypes, low volume manufacturing, models and tools, made by 3D printing technologies, laser sintering (SLS) and stereolithography (SLA) and vacuum casting.
In this section we show some examples of the multiple projects we have performed. We show examples of the manufacture of parts with stereolithography, laser sintering, small batches by vacuum casting, calibre control, machining, dimensional control, casting models, redesign and model making.
Design and Manufacture of the Advanced Manufacturing Awards 2025 Trophies
Manufacturing for EASYFAIRS
The Advanced Manufacturing Awards 2025 project began with a clear idea proposed by the organisers of the fair: they wanted the trophy to incorporate the “M”, the symbol of Advanced Manufacturing Madrid. From this premise, our design team set to work developing different proposals that would reflect the event’s identity and the values of the advanced manufacturing industry.
We presented three initial designs, each with a different approach in terms of shape, balance, and visual interpretation of the logo. After reviewing the options, the organisers selected a model that stood out for its clean aesthetic and solid structure, capable of representing the innovation and technical precision characteristic of the sector.
Building on this base design, we refined the details and added engraved text on the base, indicating each award category, such as “Best Sustainable Project” or “Best Design Innovation”.
For manufacturing, we used HP’s MJF technology, one of the most advanced solutions in industrial 3D printing, which allowed us to achieve high definition and a top-quality finish. Finally, the trophies were painted in the colour chosen by Easyfairs, the event organisers, resulting in a piece with a modern presence, perfectly aligned with the visual identity of Advanced Manufacturing Madrid.
The result was a set of trophies that combine design, technology, and precision—three values that also define our work at Ineo.

1:4 scale model manufacturing
Manufacturing for ALSTEF
ALSTEF, a world leader in the design, integration, and support of automated solutions for the airport, intralogistics, and mail and parcel handling industries, was exhibiting at the PTE 2025 trade fair in Madrid and wanted to present a new AGV (automated guided vehicle) by creating a 1:4 scale model that resembled the real vehicle, but without movement.
ALSTEF contacted us from its headquarters in New Zealand. They explained their needs, and our technical team got to work on the project.

💡 Our Solution
The solution began with a technical analysis phase of the 3D files provided by the client. Our engineering team reviewed the geometry of the parts, identified potential critical points, and carried out design optimization to improve both performance and manufacturing efficiency.
This phase included:
🔍 Structural review of the 3D models
🧽 We removed unnecessary geometry and reduced the scale
🛠️ All details that became too small after scaling down had to be modified to ensure manufacturability
Once the designs were validated, we proceeded with manufacturing using a combination of advanced technologies:
🧊 3D printing using SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) and MJF (Multi Jet Fusion by HP) for parts requiring greater strength.
💎 SLA (Stereolithography) with translucent resin for parts simulating lights.
🔩 Some specific parts were manufactured using a lathe, milling machine, and saw.
When all parts were ready, we adjusted them and proceeded with finishing: polishing and painting.
Finally, we built a reusable transport case to ensure safe shipping, allowing the client to use it for transporting the model to other trade shows or events.
The set was delivered with an assembly and disassembly manual.

Limited series Rapid Manufacturing
Limited series production for Scalextric and Audi
Manufacture for Scalextric of a limited series (50 units) of a new model based on an innovative AUDI concept car, the Grand Sphere. To produce all the units in record time, we had to combine several of the rapid manufacturing technologies that we have available, such as laser sintering (SLS), stereolithography (SLA), HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and vacuum casting using silicone molds.

Laser Sintering TPU
Project for AVELLANA DE WASABI
Cell and virus models made in TPU rubber laser sintered (SLS, 3D Printing), to be exhibited in the Science and Technology National Museum in Terrassa (Barcelona).
Stereolithography (SLA)
Project for TECNITOYS-Scalextric
Manufacture of pieces in stereolithography to check their geometry before launching final molds. Stereolithography in high resolution and adjustment of all components to each other for validation.
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
Project for CASALS
Fabrication of sintered parts for geometry validation and assembly of internal components. Delivery of parts adjusted to each other and with external polishing.
Modification of design and master model
Project for IN.ME.SA.
Based on a design and parts of the arm of the mirror of the previous series, redesign and manufacture of models according to the customer's instructions.
Silicone moulds
Project for BEHR ESPAÑA
Realization of stereolithography and pre-series of vacuum casting in silicone moulds for the assembly of prototypes of a car heating system. Production of kinematics and prototype components to be submitted to different tests the behaviour of said system.
Calibre Control
Project for INDUSTRIAL FLEXO (AVON AUTOMOTIVE)
Design and manufacturing of calibre control for automobile engine pipe. CAD, machining, laser sintering and three-dimensional control.
Prototyping workshop and models
Project for DERBI Nacional Motor
We initially made models in SLA, and then built the model plates to manufacture sand moulds to cast aluminium parts. These parts were then milled to fit the requested tolerances. At the same time the plastic covers were made by SLA and silicone moulds and PU vacuum casting.
