Technical Material Guide: Prototyping and Industrial Series
At Ineo, we combine advanced manufacturing technologies with a rigorous selection of technical material to offer high-precision solutions. This guide provides the physical, thermal, and mechanical data needed to help you define the optimum material for every phase of your project, from design validation to the final part.
The Correct Material for the Exact Application
Selection criteria and mechanical properties to guarantee the performance of your components.
In industrial development, a part's geometry is only half the challenge; its actual behavior under working conditions determines the success of the project. Choosing the right material is essential to guarantee the functional, technical, and economic viability of any component.
At Ineo, we know that every application demands specific properties: flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strict tolerances, or specific regulations such as FDA or UL94 certification. Therefore, we have structured our material catalog to cover the entire spectrum of our manufacturing technologies.
Whether you require high-performance polyurethanes and silicones for Vacuum Casting, technical polymers for 3D Printing, or metallic alloys for CNC Machining, each technology features options designed to solve specific demands.
Explore our Technical Material Guide, compare properties such as densities, Shore hardness, or flexural moduli, and ensure your parts are manufactured with the exact performance your design needs.
