Silicone Parts Manufacturing
At Ineo, we produce short runs and one-off pieces of highly versatile, heat-resistant silicone. Our solutions are specifically designed for the industrial, medical, and food sectors, guaranteeing strict compliance with FDA regulations.
Silicone parts
Prototypes and short series of silicone parts are especially useful in a wide variety of industrial applications.
These parts allow you to validate the design, functionality and applications to ensure that the pieces will meet the purpose for which they were created.
The pieces have a long service life with high resistance to compression deformation, have excellent mechanical properties and are suitable for food and sanitary use in compliance with FDA regulations ("Food and Drug Administration, USA").
At Ineo, we integrate these advanced properties into every short run and one-off project, ensuring a smooth transition from prototype validation to final implementation. We enable your company to obtain technical silicone components with maximum reliability, optimizing turnaround times and guaranteeing regulatory compliance in the most demanding industrial environments.
Do you need to validate a silicone design with FDA certification? Are you unsure whether a short run or a one-off piece is the most cost-effective solution for your project?

Parts made of silicone
Depending on the geometry and the design of the piece, we manufacture the molds and tools necessary for the production of silicone parts. Additive manufacturing technologies (3D printing) and our production processes allow us to reduce cost and delivery times.
Biocompatibility
Silicone is tasteless, odourless and does not develop bacteria, nor is it corrosive to other materials
Chemical resistance
Electrical properties
Unlike other materials, it maintains the properties at extreme temperatures and is insulating
Mechanical properties
Maintains traction and elongation values after long exposures to extreme temperatures
Advantages of parts made of silicone
- Excellent dimensional stability
- Suitable for food and medicinal products (FDA)
- It does not pollute
- It is not toxic
- Long useful life
- Not compatible with bacterial growth
Aspects to consider
- Contaminant sensitive
- Hydrogen release (if emptying is done immediately)
We can manufacture your rapid prototypes, low volume manufacturing and final parts of silicone.
We want to be your supplier of silicone parts
We are specialists in the manufacture of silicone parts, and we have the right equipment and material for the production of your products and designs.
We have an extensive machine park of different technologies for 3D printing that, together with the area of vacuum casting and parts manufacturing, allows us to offer the advantage of combining additive manufacturing with other traditional manufacturing methods.
Manufacturing technologies available at Ineo
We have technologies and materials so that your designs and product developments have no limits. We will help you finding the best combination of technology, materials and finishes you need to shape your projects.
Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing)

Stereolithography (SLA)
Additive manufacturing technology, through which pieces of epoxy resin are obtained with excellent reproduction of details and precision, which allow different surface finishes.

Laser Sintering (SLS)
Additive manufacturing technology that allows to obtain functional parts with an excellent mechanical behaviour that can be used for multiple applications.

HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
HP additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology that delivers high print speed and excellent resolution, as well as excellent mechanical performance.

Fused deposition modeling (FDM)
Additive manufacturing technology, through which parts with a variety of high-performance thermoplastics and approved materials for the aeronautical industry can be manufactured.

Metal 3D printing (SLM)
Additive manufacturing technology, by which highly complex metal parts can be manufactured quickly and which provides almost unlimited design flexibility.

Rapid Prototyping
Other technologies

Vacuum Casting
Manufacturing technology that allows the reproduction of parts in polyurethane resin using a silicone mould. Rapid production of prototypes, low volume manufacturing and final parts.

CNC Machining
Manufacturing technology that allows parts to be manufactured by extracting material from a block. Said operations are carried out on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines.

Rapid Tooling
Manufacturing technology for the production of series of plastic and metal parts; Prototype Molds allow parts to be manufactured as a preliminary step to large-scale manufacturing.

Metal Pressing
Metal Pressing is a manufacturing technology that makes it possible to obtain metal parts by subjecting the material to a compression load between two moulds, which are steel stamps or dies.

Metal injection Molding (MIM)
Metal Injection moulding (MIM) production allows the manufacture of metal components of small size and complex geometry.

Vacuum Forming
A manufacturing process widely used for the production of packaging, automotive parts, electronic product casing, casings for the medical and healthcare sectors, interior trim for vehicles, among others.

Delivery Times in Spain:
Silicone parts can be manufactured using different processes such as vacuum casting, compression molding, or injection molding. The type of silicone (technical, medical, food-grade, high-temperature, etc.) and the selected process directly influence delivery time.
Key factors affecting lead time for silicone parts:
- Manufacturing process: vacuum casting, compression molding, or injection molding
- Type of silicone: standard, medical grade, food grade, high temperature, etc.
- Need to produce molds or tooling
- Design complexity and tolerances
- Quantity of parts required
- Validation or functional testing requirements
- Additional finishes or treatments (cutting, assembly, sterilization)
Prototypes or small series manufactured through vacuum casting can be delivered within 5 to 10 business days if the master mold is available or if an approved design is provided.
For production using compression molding or injection molding that requires new tooling, lead times are typically 4 to 6 weeks, including mold design and fabrication. Once validated, part production can be completed within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the required volume.
If parts require functional validation, technical documentation, or certifications (e.g., biocompatibility or FDA compliance), additional time must be considered for these steps.
We offer options to shorten delivery times depending on the technology used, material availability, and workload. A more accurate estimate can be provided after reviewing the 3D files and technical requirements.
Deliveries to Canary Islands, Balearics, Ceuta & Melilla:
Shipments to these regions may require 1-5 additional business days due to logistics and (for Canary Islands) customs processing.
International Deliveries:
Orders outside Spain require extended lead times. Additional delivery time varies by destination country and local logistics/customs factors.
For precise international delivery estimates, contact our customer service team.
