Rapid prototyping
Prototypes are an essential element in every step of the product development process.
Rapid prototypes work for both visual and functional tests, thanks to the possibility of obtaining them quickly through a wide variety of available technologies and materials.
Engineers and designers can perform verifications of their designs, such as fitting tests, form and functionality with a model adapted to the characteristics of the final product.
With the use of additive manufacturing technologies, all types of geometries can be created in a short period of time, compared with other traditional processes. Any 3D CAD file can be manufactured using Stereolithography (SLA), Laser Sintering (SLS), Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), Multi Jet Fusion (MFJ) and other technologies.

Reasons to trust Ineo
At Ineo we have state-of-the-art facilities that guarantee excellent results
We have an extensive park of machines of different technologies for 3D printing that, together with the area of vacuum casting and parts manufacturing, allows us to offer the advantage of combining additive manufacturing with other traditional manufacturing methods
In our areas of finishing and painting of pieces, we perform different types of surface finishes such as painting, hydrography, metallizing, grit blasting, pickling and pad printing, among others
Available technologies at Ineo for Rapid Prototyping
Technology and materials without limits for product design and development. We will shape your project by combining the technology, materials and finishes you need.

Stereolithography (SLA)
Additive manufacturing technology, through which pieces of epoxy resin are obtained with excellent reproduction of details and precision, which allow different surface finishes.

Laser Sintering (SLS)
Additive manufacturing technology that allows to obtain functional parts with an excellent mechanical behaviour that can be used for multiple applications.

Fused deposition modeling (FDM)
Additive manufacturing technology, through which parts with a variety of high-performance thermoplastics and approved materials for the aeronautical industry can be manufactured.

Vacuum Casting
Manufacturing technology that allows the reproduction of parts in polyurethane resin using a silicone mould. Rapid production of prototypes, low volume manufacturing and final parts.

CNC Machining
Manufacturing technology that allows parts to be manufactured by extracting material from a block. Said operations are carried out on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines.

Rapid Tooling
Manufacturing technology for the production of series of plastic and metal parts; Prototype Molds allow parts to be manufactured as a preliminary step to large-scale manufacturing.

Metal Pressing
Metal Pressing is a manufacturing technology that makes it possible to obtain metal parts by subjecting the material to a compression load between two moulds, which are steel stamps or dies.
